Refund Policy

Last updated: 05/10/2025

At Acfront, your satisfaction matters. We aim to deliver reliable products and services that help you grow. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

1) Eligibility

You may request a refund only if all of the following are true:

  • You paid for a plan (subscription or one-time purchase), and
  • You did not use the service after the payment.

Important: Because of the nature of our products, any usage after payment makes the order ineligible for a refund.

What counts as “use”?

“Use” includes, but isn’t limited to, any of the following after payment:

  • Consuming credits or running any optimization, generation, or analysis
  • Making an API call or triggering an automation
  • Syncing/importing products or data into the app
  • Publishing or exporting content generated by the app
  • Accessing paid features available only on the plan you purchased

If any of the above occurred on or after your payment date, the purchase is considered used.

2) Processing fee

Approved refunds are issued minus the non-refundable payment processing fee charged by our payment provider. We do not control this fee, and it is not returned to us, so it cannot be included in your refund.

3) How to request a refund

  1. Contact us at [email protected] from the email associated with your account.
  2. Include:
    • Account email address
    • Plan name and purchase date
    • A statement confirming you did not use the service after payment
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Most requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

4) Subscriptions, renewals & cancellations

  • Before renewal: You can cancel anytime from your dashboard to stop future charges.
  • After renewal: If the renewed period has no usage, you may request a refund (processing fee still applies). If there was usage, the cycle is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

5) Non-refundable situations

  • Any plan or cycle with usage after payment
  • Processing fees from our payment provider
  • Partial-period refunds (e.g., unused days in an active billing cycle that has usage)
  • Credits that are part of a used plan
  • Promotional or bonus credits once any feature has been used
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after payment, even if unused

6) Free trials & promotions

If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Once the plan converts to a paid subscription and there is usage, it becomes ineligible for a refund.

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback while we are actively reviewing your request may delay resolution. Accounts involved in chargebacks may be suspended pending the outcome.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will indicate the latest version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
